Reweld/Warranty Replacement Appointment

This appointment slot is for a reweld of your current permanent jewelry piece(s).  The cost of a reweld is $10 for your first piece and $5 for each additional reweld. The duration of this appointment is only 10mins, so if you require more than 3 rewelds please schedule more than one reweld appointment to allow adequate time.

This appointment slot is also for warranty redeeming.  If you've had your piece/charms for under 1 year and need to have it replaced, you can utilize your warranty and have most items replaced at half the cost.  14k solid gold pieces have a different warranty policy.  Please see our FAQ page for more info. Replacements are only of the original pieces.

*We don't ask for a deposit for reweld/warranty appointments, but ask that you please be courteous to us (and other customers who may be able to fill your time slot) and give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
