A $10 deposit is required to book and will be applied to your charm selection during your in-person appointment. If you cancel with less than 24hrs notice or no-show for your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable. It is refundable, minus a 3% card processing fee, if notice to cancel is given within 24hrs or more.
